Introducing our latest project, a stunning new build annexe that embodies our commitment to eco-friendly design. Our team dedicated themselves to creating a space that is not only visually striking but also highly energy-efficient. This bespoke addition reflects our passion for sustainable living, innovative architecture, and craftsmanship you can rely on.
This renovation project transformed both levels of the property. Downstairs, we carried out a full renovation, installing new windows throughout, a secure front door, and upgraded flat roofing. A modern kitchen was designed, supplied, and installed, tailored to the client’s needs.
Upstairs, the bathroom was completely renovated with a fresh, contemporary finish. The highlight of the project was a bespoke media wall — seamlessly combining storage, ambient lighting, and integrated audio-visual features — which now serves as the striking focal point of the living space.
This project included a substantial double rear extension paired with extensive garden works, transforming both the interior and exterior of the home. Inside, we created a bright open-plan kitchen, a modern family bathroom, and added a new bedroom and office for extra living space.
The renovation also featured new windows and doors throughout, along with upgraded fascias and soffits to complete the exterior improvements. The kitchen was supplied and installed by our sister company, Method Kitchens, bringing the design together seamlessly.
